Mendip Ensemble

 

The Mendip Ensemble first performed together as a trio in 2012, with Carole Jenner Timms (flute), Simon Naylor (oboe) & Jacquelyn Bevan (piano).  In 2013 they were joined by Neil Moore (clarinet) and in 2014-17 by Penny Birnstingl (bassoon). The Mendip Ensemble specialise in 20th Century repertoire which they aim to make more accessible to audiences.
